material:scheme without a seed to generate them all into one stylesheet,
keyed by <html data-scheme>. Scheme::resolveProfileUsing() names the
active profile; the head script, mails and error pages follow it. - chooses a profile and previews it on the page;
$store.theme gains scheme and previewScheme(). - The showcase previews the Workbench's profiles.
